eCom Collab Club® London: What everybody was nodding aggressively at

Rather than neat little “takeaways,” the conversations kept circling some relatable, somewhat uncomfortable truths:

  • Growth in 2026 isn’t about bolting on another tool. It’s about using the ones you already pay for properly. Always a good idea

  • Retention has officially graduated from “we’ll look at that after they’ve bought” to “oh…this is actually the whole point of doing all of the things”

  • Acquisition still matters, but only if the experience doesn’t turn your customers off altogether – testing, testing, testing…

  • It’s that C-word again… Not just for 2025; building a community is still very much in vogue to attract and keep customers this year – and that doesn’t look set to change anytime soon

This wasn’t a couple of panels made up of theorists.

This was wall-to-wall “this is what worked. This is what backfired. This is how we do things now.”
